The room gave us poor...

Liked: Very very slow service.No one seems interested to take your order.
Disliked: Our room (211)had ancient painted windows, different coloured whites used to touch up the ceiling.

Great location, lovely room, slightly...

Liked: Great location with parking at rear.
Disliked: When we went down for breakfast we were told we could sit anywhere we liked . The only problem with this was that not one table had been wiped down after clearing previous guests breakfast dishes away . Basic hygiene really !

Beautiful hotel

Liked: The hotel is beautiful no complaints. When we arrived at our room the lamps and soft music were on, the entire room was absolutely beautiful and clean . It was so luxurious comfortable and warm .
Disliked: Nothing it was perfect.

It was a late decision...

Liked: The location is great , situated in the market square. Also access to a car park at the rear.
Disliked: The stairs my husband has a new hip and knee I should have requested a lower room. I had seen there was no lift available but this was the last room available and it is an old building. The bedroom was cold, the radiator was on but had to wear another layer to try to keep warm. The radiator was also off in the bathroom. When I mentioned the cold I was reminded it was an old building but you could feel it was much warmer in the corridor.I am allergic to animals so a little worried as it stated dog friendly but I was fine.
