Would definitely go back when...

Liked: Location is in a lovely quiet village all tho the weather was not the best we still managed too enjoy a walk round get lunch and explore the castle which was reasonable priced to go round and breakfast at the hotel was good
Disliked: Would say a fridge in the room would have been nice as payed for an supeure room

Peaceful escape and very comfortable

Liked: The en-suite bedroom was lovely. Tea coffee and biscuits all provided as well as bottled water. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. We had a light snack in the bar/restaurant area which was excellent and there was a good selection of beers on tap too.
