Hotel overall very nice, due...

Liked: Meal was a good size food presentation was not poor.
Disliked: Heating in room was not on.Utility table was an obstacle getting to one side of the bed.Fish pie advertises king prawns as part of contents they were about the size of shrimps.

Liked: Good location not to far from Stratford upon avon, 5/10 mins in taxi. Nice pub/ hotel nicely furnished and decorated. However the pub was really pet / dog heavy which may have been an oversight on my behalf as if I would of researched a bit more and knew this beforehand I wouldn't of booked this place, as my other half is not a dog lover. Breakfast was good , nice fresh ingredients but took absolutely ages to come out. Staff were nice and attentive. Room was small and compact ,clean.Overall stay 6/10

A pleasant experience and the...

Liked: We were pleasantly surprised by our stay as everything was excellent. We enjoyed a delicious dinner with a few drinks and then had the luxury of simply going to our room to relax. Breakfast was exceptional and we were given lots of choice. It was excellent value for the price we paid and the location was perfect for where we needed to be.
Disliked: Nothing identified. We were happy with everything.

Liked: Easy to find, great location, especially for Stratford.Staff were all excellent, polite and attentive.Nice room, very spacious. Very clean, and no issues with the decor. The shower was excellent.Entry to and from the building (out of hours) was clear and easyWe had breakfast one morning, was very good (although had to pay separately, which we knew)
Disliked: The bed was hard and took some getting used to, it was the one reason if I’m honest I was glad we were only there for two nights.Because the room was so spacious, it could actually have done with a couch or a second chair, the solo chair (for a double room) looked very lonely.You’ve got handrails getting into the shower, would be good to have one on the outside when getting out too, if the floor gets wet it’s slippyCar parking was ok, although too many people parking poorly made it difficult at times - possibly need to make spaces slightly larger (and reduce the number) so “posh” cars don’t feel the need to irritate all other users to protect their precious vehicles.

Liked: The rooms were spacious,clean, and comfortable. The pub atmosphere and environment were really welcoming and our meal was very good.
Disliked: The steps leading up to the room were quite steep,although we'll lit.
