A convenient location, great room

Liked: The room was excellent with wonderful facilities. The decor was modern and it was all exceptionally clean (e.g. not even limescale in the kettles). Staff were friendly and helpful. It was convenient that there was a restaurant downstairs that could accommodate you for breakfast or dinner and a nice menu.

Disliked: When booked were told only room left (9th Feb 2025) for 21st March as Superior Double.Our room 111 more like Inferior Superior. Adjacent room 110 given to family friends would accept as Superior!Our room had two steps down from toilet/shower to bedroom area through narrow connecting wall. At night the change in levels is not discernible resulting in my fall. I should think steps in location is against regulations!! This was reported to Hotel.

Liked: Reasonable stay, however pillows were uncomfortable & Bar prices high. The worst thing about our business stay was that they took the money from our Bank but then could not provide an Invoice despite several Invoices chasing & requesting it.

Wonderful yet affordable stay

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean, we had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and competent. The location and parking were also quite convenient.

Relaxing and very enjoyable

Liked: we stayed here last year. the hotel is faultless. It is in perfect position to explore Dorchester or to drive out to various nearby towns or seaside resorts.
