Liked: Every single person we met was amazing and so friendly. The room was perfect and everything was exactly as we would have liked. The restaurant was perfect!

Passable

Liked: Staff were friendly, location was excellent. Breakfast was lovely
Disliked: Facilities were lacking. Our first room had no heating. The staff were lovely and we were offered another room. The second room was much warmer but unfortunately the shower was not working when we tried to get ready in the morning. Thankfully only there for one night

Liked: A comfortable single room at the back of the hotel, so quiet. Nice bathroom with bath and overhead shower, though a bit of a drain smell from the bathroom.
Disliked: Restaurant was disappointing for dinner. First choice on the menu not available. Service just about OK.

Liked: From the moment we arrived, the young lady on reception informed us of the best place to park our car.Explained the restaurant was full until a certain timeand in general had great customer communication skills. ( very pleasant )The breakfast was also superb.
Disliked: A small comment about entering and leaving the baththe bath is boxed in and you have to stretch to get in and out of a slippery when wet bath surface,probably as i have short legs. This didn't affect my stay though.

Liked: Very characterful and comfortable hotel in the centre of Berwick. We had a problem with the lock to our door during our stay, and the lady on Reception was extremely helpful.
