Disliked: Very cold in restaurant and poor quality orange juice for breakfast and no natural yogurt

An enjoyable stay.

Liked: The best thing about The King's Arms is the Staff. Every one of them worked so hard and made our stay a pleasure. It was extremely busy right after Christmas. It is a very old building and we were right at the top in the eaves. The staircase to the top of the building is very steep so if you have mobility problems this is not the room for you. But we enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: My eggs benedict on the 2nd day weren't cooked, but it is a difficult dish to get right.

Liked: The evening platter they supplied us in our room was far beyond our expectations and with ice cold Prosecco was lovely,the food was wonderful,a big thanks to the chef’s it really made our Xmas day..

Good fun, except for the...

Liked: The room was lovely and clean, with an upstairs, that we weren't expecting.The breakfast was good.The location of the hotel, was close to the places, we needed to get to.
Disliked: We had booked a taxi, to take us back to the wedding reception.The taxi didn't turn up. Because it was the staff Christmas party( that we had been told about) We could not contact anyone, or ring the company concerned.We had to phone a relative to come and collect us.
