Very good

Lovely, comfortable stay.

Liked: Lovely feel to the Kings Arms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and a very well equiped room.
Disliked: Slow service at lunchtime and we only ordered soup with sourdough bread, which was delicious when it came. Shower a bit fiddley to use and a rail to assist stepping out of the bath would be appreciated.

Lovely place

Liked: Very beautiful property, nicely located with shops, including lovely antiques nearby. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night, was a good stopover spot between places we visited.
Disliked: Everything was great

Liked: Friendly staff. Good food. High standard of cleanliness. Great bar to relax in.
Disliked: Over-bath shower worked very well but access for older persons not too easy due to height of bath. Would have preferred walk in shower. Disappointed that Booking.com offered and charged me for upgraded room when there are no upgraded rooms at this hotel! Fortunately the hotel refunded the difference immediately.
