Lovely hotel. Will use again...

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that Booking.com and the hotel hadn't communicated with each other. I paid booking.com in full in March but the hotel hadn't received the money by November so the amount was taken again by the hotel. It was sorted within the week, but it shouldn't have happened. Not everyone has a spare £250 in a bank account. Thanks to Clare at the hotel for sorting it out.

Liked: This is a beautifully newly renovated Coaching Inn,reasonably priced bed and breakfast. The Superior room was beautifully furnished and equipped with underfloor heating. The food was excellent and the staff we met were friendly and helpful. A lovely stay and we will certainly visit again when in Norfolk.

Exceptional hotel.

Liked: Very warm and comfortable. Rooms exceptional and spotlessly clean. Fantastic staff. Couldn’t have been better.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.
