Liked: Great location within walking distance of the haymarket. Very friendly staff and beautiful bar.
Disliked: The bar prices were a bit high but the drinks were quality.

Liked: The staff was wonderful!! Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping were very friendly and kind! The room was beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. The room was quiet.
Disliked: The only things I didn’t like was the pillows were very thick and firm, just not my personal preference. And the air was very dry in the room, woke up with dry scratchy throats and chapped lips. The air is really dry this time of year and I’m used to a whole house humidifier, so again might have just been my husband and myself.

Liked: The hotel was in the perfect location, close to the Lied Center. The staff was terrific, so helpful and friendly. Absolutely loved the heated floors in the bathroom!!
Disliked: Having to use the room key to use the elevator. I've never seen that before.

Liked: Loved the ambiance, staff and location. Bed was very comfortable and I was impressed with the rooms. Convenient access to parking garage from one of the floors.
Disliked: While I’m sure the drinks and food are wonderful, we chose not to stay at the hotel for a cocktail due to the price.

Liked: Great location. Beautiful decorating. Rooms were fantastic.
Disliked: Nothing
