This was our second stay...

Liked: Cute hotel. Love the champagne at check in.
Disliked: The pool was dirty. Black mold on the coming in the pool room. The work out room had a leak in the ceiling with buckets and towels on the floor.

Amazing stay at spacious hotel

Liked: Great spacious hotel, with lots of amenities, great room. Breakfast is not included, but it is reasonably priced (anywhere from $6 to $20) and really good.Wished I had stayed more days.
Disliked: No complaints

A Wonderful Stay

Liked: My stay at the Kensington was absolutely flawless. A handsome lobby, friendly staff and a clean well-furnished room. Who could ask for more!? I also love the location. The Kensington is where I will stay whenever I need a room in Ann Arbor.
Disliked: There is nothing to dislike!

Great hotel located walking distance...

Liked: It’s an upscale hotel, located by the mall, I like that the hotel has a pool sauna and a jacuzzi
