Liked: It was a decent small town hotel. They greeted guests with a glass of wine, which was a nice and unexpected treat.
Disliked: After checking in to head up to the second floor via the elevator, myself and another guest got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes! The elevator doors did not fully close, but the gap was too small for a person to go through. Staff didn’t know what to do until they forced the door open. The temperature in my room was set at 72F, but it felt like 65! The front desk sent up maintenance about 2 hours later only to suggest I turn it up to 78 degrees, which ultimately heated up the room to about 75. The hotel restaurant was closed with no signage or staff knowing if or when it would reopen. Had to walk in the cold to a Red Robin, which the food was actually good. But after the elevator, heat issues, and having to walk through the cold for food, I wanted to relax… but the sauna was not working!At that point, I should have just stayed at a motel and saved some money!
