Liked: The location is stunning, our cottage had beautiful surroundings and views of Loch Tay. The cottage is well maintained, it honestly feels like home but better. Totally comfortable beds and furniture too. I believe wholeheartedly that I could live here, away from the hustle and hustle of
Disliked: Having to check out, I honestly think I could live here full-time.

Liked: Location, quality of the accommodation, and the price.
Disliked: Everything was very good. Our stay might have been a little better if we could have had an earlier check-in as it is getting dark by 4 pm.

Disliked: Bathroom downstairs should not be used until all the mould has been removed. This is sue to poor housekeeping. I did not complain at the time as I was with my elderly parents and I did not want to put them through a potential move.The welcome was not welcoming! Not welcome back, or an acknowledgement of my booking requests, which were not met!I work within hospitality and an advocate for Scottish hospitality, the welcome received was very poor and this is the type of experience that lets Scotland down.

Liked: The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The open plan sitting room/kitchen was ideal for our whole family to be together.

Disliked: I didn’t like the pool changing area which I found really cramped
