Exceeded our expectations

Liked: We liked everything about the place, position between Tower and pleasure Beach was about 15 minuets walk either direction in a quiet street with shops both at the top and bottom of the street and an exceptional room could not recommend enough
Disliked: Honestly could not fault the kenley at all we had a brilliant stay

Liked: The way of how the room was decorated and so clean was really felt me alot of comfortable during my stay. I love everything inside my room. The Hotel staff was so friendly and welcoming for any needful.. they're even asking if we need anything extra.I love the window, didnt felt hot even with no AC. The way how it is opening to avoid bug was really beautiful.The room was so clean, no noise and comfortable bed. The hot water system inside the bathroom operated very well and always available.

Liked: The host was exceptional. Makes the review I'm giving a bit upsetting.
Disliked: Room was quite small, had to stand on the bed to open the window onto the back yard. Beds very low and room not serviced on our second day, which for £100 a night and a superior room seemed quite unusual.
