Perfect place for a stay...

Liked: Excellent clean, quiet, comfortable guest house with charming hostess.
Disliked: Breakfast was also excellent though, for the price, would have liked a selection of cereals to start.

Liked: Liked everything, great hotel, great host in Josie, great location, yummy breakfast, brilliant rooms with comfy beds, plenty of tea and coffee. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Blackpool.

Liked: Extremely clean and tidy. Great size room for my daughter and myself.There is plenty of drawer/cupboard/hanging space. Also, there is plenty of room for our toiletries. (2 adult females!)Loved the fish tank.Rosie is a very helpful, friendly, and kind lady.
