Best place to luggage

Liked: 1. The housekeepers were exceptional
Disliked: 1. The staff on the reception desk sometimes act as if they are forced to come to work. (I think they should be more friendly and not frowning).

Great stay and even better...

Liked: The staff were amazing. They answered any question I had via their messaging service and were incredibly accommodative. The location was perfect for what we needed while visiting family and they had a great crib for our daughter that made the stay more comfortable for us. Bob helped me get our bags to the room which was great and they even ordered us a complimentary Lyft ride to the airport when they didn't have a driver available to shuttle us. They went above and beyond and we would absolutely stay here again.
