Great location, friendly/helpful staff, clean...

Liked: Great location for visiting the city. Within 10 min walk of ovo hydro. The staff of arrival were so nice and helpful. The room was clean and had tea/coffee facilities.
Disliked: No issues the property was perfect

Absolutely fantastic stay!

Liked: Wonderful hotel; comfy & cosy rooms, excellent location and all we could need we had! Duty Manager, Ryan, really made our stay. He made us feel part of the hotel family, cracking jokes and being truly interested in our plans - especially at Christmas. He’s an absolute credit to the hotel! We’ll be back.
