Pleasant

Liked: The location was good. The valet guys were very nice. The room was clean.
Disliked: There was a smell in the bathroom that was strong I did not like the smell

Bougie in the wrong area

Liked: Location and very nice
Disliked: Parking. You either had to park 1/2 mile away or pay $45 a night for valet.

Great central location with huge...

Liked: The staff at the Kelly are fabulous, very helpful and friendly. They even gave me a little pack of toothpaste as I had forgotten mine. I had an Accessible room, which I knew about, and I was pleased to have such a large bathroom and great shower stall.
Disliked: The heat was very hard to control, it got very cold at night. And the quality of the duvet cover was not very high, felt polyester. For a 4-star hotel the linens are fundamental.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff (BEN) was Awesome.
Disliked: The walls are very thin. Could hear next door in the bathroom. (Yuck)NO parking at the hotel. Valet only ($44 per night)or walk two blocks to a parking garage (not a bad walk UNLESS it’s RAINING & IT WAS)
