Disliked: Parking. You either had to park 1/2 mile away or pay $45 a night for valet.

Great central location with huge...

Liked: The staff at the Kelly are fabulous, very helpful and friendly. They even gave me a little pack of toothpaste as I had forgotten mine. I had an Accessible room, which I knew about, and I was pleased to have such a large bathroom and great shower stall.
Disliked: The heat was very hard to control, it got very cold at night. And the quality of the duvet cover was not very high, felt polyester. For a 4-star hotel the linens are fundamental.

Good

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff (BEN) was Awesome.
Disliked: The walls are very thin. Could hear next door in the bathroom. (Yuck)NO parking at the hotel. Valet only ($44 per night)or walk two blocks to a parking garage (not a bad walk UNLESS it’s RAINING & IT WAS)

Overall, very excellent stay!

Disliked: They had to change my room due to key and cable not working.

Exceptional

Great location, but not worth...

Liked: We liked the historical feel to the hotel. The room's bathroom was beautifully decorated.
Disliked: There's no microwave or mini fridge in the room, no amenities (i.e. pool, hot tub, continental breakfast). Although the location for going out on the town is great, there's no parking so you're pretty much forced to use the valet (which is an extra $40) and made my husband and I feel like we were stuck in our room (we visited in cold December).

Disliked: Bathroom floor looks dirty (might be the type of tiles). The king bedroom is next to the elevator, which is very noisy. Windows don’t isolate street noise
