Liked: Clean Friendly staff
Disliked: A lot was not Open due to a group being there and things being shut down or onlyAvailable to them. Unfortunately The group made the hotel areas extremely mess and uncomfortable to enjoy.

Disliked: I like food, it's was perfect teste fry shrimp and salads

Disliked: Abcsense of communication. I forgot my prescription glasses in a locker and they are just ignoring my emails and phone calls. Frontdesk clerks look a bit off.

The building needs to be...

Liked: I thought the set up of the hotel over all was nice . All of the young people were very nice . The front desk staff was very welcoming. Rooms was very clean .
Disliked: First off it’s a water park and we are expecting the park to be hit that’s why we’re coming . The build was mid-warm . My recommendation would be to make the building hot . We are paying for heat and water . And also It was much smaller then i expected. After we enjoyed our day at the water park we stop down stairs to get food . And I must say it was very disappointing. The greater gave my kids broken crayons. And was stand offish . The bartender was stand offish as well not helpfully at all with any questions we asked . They didn’t have any menus to take to the room: and the waitress stole the show . She was rude and nasty . Treated us like we was bothering her by asking her to do her job . I know waterparks can be overwhelming at times . But this is the job she chose.

Fun waterpark needing a lot...

Liked: the water park was largely a good experience and the lifeguards seemed very well trained and were very competent and friendly. The kids center/game room is a nice feature. The movie night is a nice touch.
Disliked: The food throughout the complex is horribly managed. The grille in the pool is totally inefficient. Bixby, the upscale restaurant, seems like it does not know much about service and several menu items were missing. The buffet breakfast is poor quality and overpriced. The games frequently break and do not charge correctly. The hallway sounds when kids run up and down the hall (late at night) are like elephants stampeding. Better quiet signage should be incorporated.

Clean rooms, long food lines...

Liked: Room was nice and clean, hotel was clean
Disliked: Lazy river was full of dead moths or some type of bug. All good areas were under staffed and has long waits. We sat at a table for 30 minutes until someone helped us after was asked for a waitress. The waitress did not apologize. The bar in the waterpark had two bartenders and it took forever. The food area in the waterpark, you ordered on a computer. Only two worked and they had long lines.
