Located in the scenic Catskills Region, The Kartrite Resort and Indoor Waterpark features New York's largest indoor water park complete with rides, slides, swimming pools, and a surf simulator. All 324 guest suites are fitted with a microwave, fridge and coffee machine as well as a seating area and private bathroom. Select suites offer a terrace or balcony. The property has 6 on-site restaurants including Harvey's Wallbanger serving pub fare and craft beers, Highline offering hot coffee and grab and go food, fine dining at Bixby's Derby, Eat.Eat.Eat, which serves a buffet breakfast and signature dinners. Surfside Grill offers American cuisine in the waterpark along with Bar mez serving up pool side cocktails, while Pop's Sweet Shoppe is filled with candy, ice cream, fudge and so much more. The property offers a variety of activities including, an arcade with over 100 games, laser tag, a high ropes course, a mini bowling alley, a climbing wall, virtual reality experiences, hiking trails and more, All rooms come with 4 waterpark passes. Waterpark passes are required for all guests ages 3 and up. Additional passes are available for $75.00 per person/per day upon check-in. Exceptional

Nothing as expected

Liked: We had a few issues during our stay. 1 Food ordering was down lunch time.2 Locker kept getting stuck3 Bathrooms were out of toilet paper in waterpark4 No dedicated tables for eating in waterpark5 Lazy river was closed for hours6 Kids were running up and down the halls all evening and late hours of the day7 Food venue we wanted was only open to go for dinner8 Someone was fighting when we got there and my daughter was really disturbed seeing a female with a bloody nose screaming at the top of her lungs at someone else.I will not be returning to this resort again

Fun adventure with kids!

Liked: This is our 4th year going to Kartrite and as a venue for little children especially in the winter months we really like it. The water park is great without being too big and overwhelming, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are helpful. It’s a great little getaway close to the city - Kids love it!
Disliked: The food and food options could be improved

Liked: It has everything you need for a short family vacation. If time and finances permit we will come back but it was a very good experience for me especially for first time to do a indoor waterpark vacation.
Disliked: I guess not being allowed yo bring bottled water and simple snacks for kids. I understand they need to sell but there were limited options but overall it was sold in a decent prize. But beyond that my experience was still 5 star!
