Located in the scenic Catskills Region The Kartrite Resort and Indoor Waterpark features New York's largest indoor water park complete with rides slides swimming pools and a surf simulator. All 324 guest suites are fitted with a microwave fridge and coffee machine as well as a seating area and private bathroom. Select suites offer a terrace or balcony. The property has 6 on-site restaurants including Harvey's Wallbanger serving pub fare and craft beers Highline offering hot coffee and grab and go food fine dining at Bixby's Derby Eat.Eat.Eat which serves a buffet breakfast and signature dinners. Surfside Grill offers American cuisine in the waterpark along with Bar mez serving up pool side cocktails while Pop's Sweet Shoppe is filled with candy ice cream fudge and so much more. Clean reasonably priced

Liked: it was clean and new
Disliked: Waterpark was cold water was cold hot tube was dirty Breakfast was so awfulArcade some machines were not woking

Exceptional

Great vacation if you have...

Liked: I loved the waterpark and arcade, was glad we went despite several terrible reviews. My five year old was so happy the whole time.
Disliked: Most of the hospitality staff were fantastic. There were a few very rude ones, so I think a bit more training and focus on having enough people would be great. (Though honestly most were fantastic.)

Overpriced and this is not...

Liked: I liked some of the fun activities available in the water park, the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The water in the water park is too cold or the air conditioning is too cold- it was not warm enough during the day. The food was terrible, plain and tasteless at eat.eat.eat and way too overpriced. We shouldn’t be charged a gratuity ahead of time when it’s only a buffet.
