Liked: Location, comfortable beds, clean, friendly staff.
Disliked: Rooms are dated, no free coffee station or breakfast provided. They do have a caribou coffee and Jimmy John’s adjacent to the lobby.

Overall it was a good...

Liked: The hotel is beautiful and very nice. Pool and hot tub are amazing with a great view. Room was nice, just very small for almost $200 a night, however the locations was perfect to the mayo clinic and I could easily get to my appointments each day in less than 5 minutes walking. Front desk and housekeeping staff were great.
Disliked: The room was small, and when I got there there was a pair of black socks under the chair that were not mine., my microwave wasn't plugged in and it was difficult to get to the outlet to plug it in, and the TV didn't work. I called the front desk about the TV, and they said someone would be right up, but they never came....the TV started working so I assume they had to adjust something on their end to make it work, but I was never notified they had so no idea it had started working until a few hours later. The Lord Essex restaurant downstairs had decent food, but I ordered to pick up, was told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. I came back a half hour later and had to wait another 45 minutes for it, a total of an hour and half. They never offered to adjust anything for taking so long and the food was cold.
