Liked: Breakfast was excellent 10 out of 10 …. Staff very attentive as always make you feel like you are home ❤️
Disliked: There was some confusion when ordering room service that could have been simplified if all staff on phone knew what was on menu

Disliked: Breakfast was quite busy and we had to be served in the room next door which meant we had to go to get juices, cereals etc. if i was staying again i would ask to be seated in the breakfast room

Liked: Gorgeous hotel, couldn’t recommend it more!Staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful We were very kindly upgraded to a suite for our anniversary celebration and was such a lovely gesture. Can’t stop recommending this hotel to everyone we speak to and can’t wait to come back again

Disliked: The food offering in the Pamer restaurant & especially the Barton restaurant was very disappointing. In fact it was most unsatisfactory, my mussel sauce was not cold but freezing , my wife’s filet stake was not cooked as ordered and was thought and no sauce arrived with it .
