Liked: It was a good location. The staff are friendly and responsive. The art work and First Nations artifacts work very well in that location. It is a nice comfortable hotel - can’t say much else - Banff is the attraction
Disliked: The menu in the bistro was too eclectic - vegan cheese on poutine? It made the dish a disappointment.

Great breakfast and views!

Liked: The view was incredible from our room. The breakfast was recommended to us and that did not disappoint.
Disliked: The hotel isn't in Banff town so you need to drive in (difficult to park) or get the shuttle (difficult to book). Not a problem though as you get beautiful views of Vermillion Lake from the room. I will say though, it's super expensive and the rooms are so dated - bathroom feels like it was fitted in the 70s.

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the bathroom facilities were good. The Ukrainian woman on reception was professional, helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Each bed should have its own bedside table and lamp. There was no microwave or fridge.
