Liked: Beautifully decorated, the rooms are spacious

Very good

Liked: The hotel is good but a little to far from the french quarter, there are very good breakfast places within walking distance.
Disliked: Avoid the BAR. They overcharged us, unfortunately we couldn't do anything. It was her word against ours.

Comfortable and great location

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful.Room was large, comfortable and well equipped with coffee machine, fridge, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Location was excellent on canal street with a tram stop directly outside and about a 10 min walk to the French quarter. Would recommend and if returning to New Orleans I would book the hotel again.

Liked: The location was excellent being on Canal street
Disliked: There was only one lift working the entire time for a large and busy hotel. The hotel pool was filthy - you could not swim in it. The hotel was in need of a good clean and more housekeeping staff. Despite asking daily our room in a six day stay was o ly cleaned once. So a poor level of service and cleanliness.

Disliked: Temperature static shower control can be a little tricky to figure out… some instructions on that would be a good addition

Liked: Most of the staff I dealt with weren't that helpful, some even rude. I don't think they are suited to hospitality.
Disliked: Being charged $20 to store luggage as we arrived early for checkin.
