Never again

Liked: Location was ok, quick walk to town.
Disliked: It was like going back in time. Room looked like from the 60’s, truly awful. One bed had a headboard, the other didn’t. Flimsy bed sheets. Plug for a bedside table lamp did not work. Pull cord in the bathroom had to be yanked really hard several times to work. Cheapest toiletries. We were woken up by people coming back to the next room at 3am, then having s*x and puking. Breakfast was acceptable. For £99 whole experience was a joke.

Value for money.

Liked: Room had expected facilities. Comfortable bed. Only one pillow per person, needed two. Cleanliness was so so - a cigarette on the floor was interesting for a no-smoking room. Power socket by dressing table was 50% u/s. The shower and hot water were excellent. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Being ground floor, some security device is needed on window to enable opening at night.

Very good

Liked: Hotel very well situated. Has its own pub with a large selection of beers and very good food. Live sports broadcasts. Staff very open and helpful.
Disliked: The room that I was staying in for a few days would require some refreshing. The same goes for the bathroom. However, I don't have very high expectations, so it was OK for me.
