Built in 1855 The Jubilee Hotel was originally part of Victora Terrace and is a Georgian Grade II Listed Building full of character and history. All bedrooms have private bathrooms and have been furnished with style and functionality in mind. With The Secret Garden Spa we offer massages facials nail treatments and spa body treatments. The Secret Garden Spa has 3 treatment rooms 2 couples suites a designated nail treatment space and a Secret Garden tucked away with Hot tub Sauna and Sun Loungers. Our treatments are curated by our in-house beauty team. We have on-site The Three Chimneys Smokehouse and Grill Restaurant & Bar. It offers fresh local produce home-smoked meats and a good selection of beers wines spirits cocktails mocktails and soft drinks. We serve breakfast each morning dinner each evening and a carvery from midday Sunday. We also offer some form of entertainment in the evenings so why not join in the fun? Great short stay

Liked: We had a fantastic stay, the room could do with a paint touch up in some areas. The games room is great, maybe some old fashion game machines would be a great touch. Also the balcony only had 1 chair and broken table. Maybe 2 chairs would be better.
Disliked: The fact my child couldn't have burger as a childs meal.

Disappointing.

Liked: Interesting environment and furniture
Disliked: Cold plates and tough bacon.Fire alarm at 2 am - no apologies from staff at breakfast. 2 different reasons for alarm !!!

Superb

Liked: Staff were really friendly and very helpful. Made us feel very relaxed. The food was really nice. Lots of things to do in the hotel for all ages.

Liked: There was a bar
Disliked: Parking was terrible, they drive your car onto the main road - I’m sure the wasn’t insured to drive the cars - I also didn’t give them permission to drive my car into the main road - they still did

Disappointed

Liked: The Hotel is old not happy at all.
Disliked: We checked in around 10.30pm, the room was small but it fine, checked the toilet and I was shocked, the toilet was full of stool (Dung), went down to the reception desk show them the pictures and they changed different room then we took shower, oh God water was on the floor everywhere, must be leaking somewhere. My niece also change her room because the room was so cold, but the second room was so hot like sauna.So disappointed, why they haven't check the bathroom toilet and clean before the guess arrived?

Very comfortable and welcoming

Liked: The hotel is an older property with plenty of character. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff go out of their way to help, always checking if everything is ok. Good food too.
