Great hotel, great room :...

Liked: I liked the whole accommodation and the staff were very helpful
Disliked: Nothing,I couldn't fault them

Run down not pleasent hotel...

Liked: Location was good. After trying to find the entrance as is at the rear of the hotel. Hotel reception and bar area looked nice. Ended there
Disliked: Either have to pay to park or walk miles. Rooms are not nice at all. Opened a door thinking was a cupboard. No its the shower room. Absolutely tiny.can just about shower and im average sized. Tv half hanging off wall. Basin half hanging off wall. Window left open when temperatures outside in minus. Radiator was off. But did work so did soon warm up but no expecting to go into a freezing cold room after being out in the freezing cold. No lock on inside of the room door so anyone could just walk in. Room was on other side of hotel. No explanation was given how to get there. Was watched on cctv lost and someone showed us the way. Breakfast was sold to us as all you can eat but didnt tell you it stopped in 20 mins till after we paid. Wasnt any food out so had to wait 10 mins and only brought out sausages. Other people was complaining and leaving Not happy with this hotel. We checked in at 11pm. And if hadnt been travelling all day would have head home that night.

Liked: Very welcoming staff. Rooms got what is needed. They work well with the age of the building. We had the massage experience so really enjoyed that. Parking was good and James was Excellent this morning moving the cars.
Disliked: Not moaning but something for you to think about. Would of like a black out blind. So bright outside. Room 208

Disliked: There were huge hairs on my pillow, it was unbelievable

Disliked: Parking was very limited. You couldn't open the window in the room so it was very hot.

Liked: Food in the restaurant, breakfasts are the best
Disliked: Parking can be an issue as limited space, can imagine it's a nightmare if you constantly want to use your car during stay, better off parking at rear if you can and walk everywhere
