Liked: The amenity were amazing, from the restaurant on site, with a spa + a downstairs bar! The faculty was top tier, very kind and didn't let us lift a finger. Very accommodating and made our stay a 10/10!

Good stay in central Dallas

Liked: Beautiful big rooms. A great bathroom and one which made sense for double sink usage etc. very comfortable bed and a good nights sleep even on NYE. Staff were welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: It falls into the category of hotels who take from you rather than give to you with the minibar being very expensive, breakfast not being included etc. didn’t impact our stay or experience but would be more customer focussed to be included.

Excellent, cozy, clean! Amazing valet...

Liked: Super friendly staff! Hotel was gorgeous and very clean! Perfect location in downtown Dallas! Our king room was perfect! Great views from the 14th floor. I asked for the rose pedal package and it was done perfectly.
Disliked: That the speakeasy bar isn’t open at all times.
