Liked: The staff were phenomenal, very helpful and kind. The building itself was clean, well decorated, and relaxing. Compared to the city outside. I also love a good valet service. They were quick & polite. The house car was a nifty convenience to have as well. I will surely be back.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike, I had a great stay.

Great in August, terrible in...

Liked: Mahmoud was our VIP pool server and assistant. He is fantastic!
Disliked: We were upgraded by Booking to a deluxe king because I am a Level 3 genius. The room was in a separate tower than the pool (the only reason we came). Access to the room was terrible, through a "rat warren" tight hallway and a service elevator. To go to the pool we would have had to walk through the lobby, unacceptable!Down graded ourselves to a regular room. No compensation, didn't follow our requests, just poor service and recovery

Liked: The property is nice, a little outdated from my perspective.
Disliked: Got bitten by bed bugs. Called the property about it, the manager never called back…

A most pleasant place to...

Liked: the staff are the number one asset, the facilities come in number two, and the location comes in at number three
Disliked: The coffee shop in the lobby needs to be brought up to speed with the rest of the facilities. I tried the coffee three times, the first time it was great but the last two times I had to return the coffee it was undrinkable.

Disliked: The pool could be cleaner, it was pretty crowded also.

Disliked: no ability to charge phone on right side of bed (where I sleep). Street noise keep us up most of night.
