Good stay in central Dallas

Liked: Beautiful big rooms. A great bathroom and one which made sense for double sink usage etc. very comfortable bed and a good nights sleep even on NYE. Staff were welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: It falls into the category of hotels who take from you rather than give to you with the minibar being very expensive, breakfast not being included etc. didn’t impact our stay or experience but would be more customer focussed to be included.

Excellent, cozy, clean! Amazing valet...

Liked: Super friendly staff! Hotel was gorgeous and very clean! Perfect location in downtown Dallas! Our king room was perfect! Great views from the 14th floor. I asked for the rose pedal package and it was done perfectly.
Disliked: That the speakeasy bar isn’t open at all times.

Disliked: The bathroom window had opaque curtain and woke us up to early with the sun shining in bright. Recommend putting a darker curtain over.

Disliked: I got double charged and was never refunded that and the security deposit. Very disappointed.
