Disliked: Bed was very soft, couldn't bring the temperature in the room down at night, seems to stay at 23.5 when we set it to 15 so we couldn't sleep much

Liked: Slopeside, spacious, helpful, no more car during the stay.
Disliked: So far so good. Pricey for Rossland.Too many dogs on our floor.

Amazing for a quick ski...

Liked: The location to the slopes was unbeatable. The design was great and very cozy. The shower was amazing and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The resturant menu was very limited. Within the room the pillows were large but flattened out very quickly and the temperature in the room couldn’t be controlled so it stayed very hot without circulation

Very nice hotel but with...

Liked: The hotel and quality of everything was excellent - everything modern and new.
Disliked: Certain things didn’t work that well, almost inexplicably - for example upon checking in they seemingly lost my reservation and it took 20 minutes to find it and complete check-in - at 2am after we had been driving 4 hours and were exhausted. Also, my room did not get made up the first night. It wasn’t just me, another in our party also experienced this. Finally, the sauna was quite substandard - very small barrel sauna and ours on the “right” side was drafty and with a very weak heater. We could not get it hot even after pouring loads of water on the rocks.

Liked: Convenient to ski resort and the ski concierge are so helpful and keep our ski and boots warm and dry. Lovely breakfast.
Disliked: Dinner menu is limited

Liked: Comfortable and incredibly friendly staff.

Easy and fun

Liked: I thought the Jose Restaurant dinner waitress Lauren was just the best.
Disliked: Hard to regulate temperature in bed with a duvet. Often too hot with Duvet and too cold without.
