Disliked: Shower has a flow restrictor in it, makes taking a shower longer, especially rinsing out hair.

Great hotel

Liked: Location was perfect right by the radio city. I liked the living room with free coffee.
Disliked: The third bed was a pull out bed and was very uncomfortable. Had to ask for blankets to put on it and not enough towels. Had to phone down several times for everything.

Liked: The Hotel is in a perfect location. The Hotel room is very cosy and clean. Complimentary coffee was the perfect gesture for the cold outings.

Location, staff great

Liked: Staff at desk- check in, check out, were lovely. Coffee bar in lounge was lovely, along with water dispensers.
Disliked: The terrace room we got wasn't really worth the extra $$ b/c it was too cold to sit outside, and there was no view of anything but the building across the street, will remember for next time! Creamers for coffee in room were bad, but kudos for lounge coffee!

Liked: The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was superb! Very helpful and attentive.
Disliked: Not much to dislike, but the chairs in the room were very old, worn out and uncomfortable to sit in. The online pictures show the 2 bedroom suite as having a couch in the living room, but the couch only goes in the 1 bedroom suite. We were relying on the photos when we booked the 2 bedroom and were intending on having the couch
