Liked: Location was convenient.
Disliked: There was no bathtub.

Liked: Nice view of Radio City Music Hall, right next to Rockefeller Plaza. Great service.
Disliked: Room was small.

Liked: Great location for Radio City Music Hall and Rockefeller Center.
Disliked: Shower has a flow restrictor in it, makes taking a shower longer, especially rinsing out hair.

Liked: Lots of things!!Staff amazing—so helpful & informative—nothing too much trouble! Accommodated my bed configuration request—and had this info on their system when we checked in!!Location perfect—just off 5th Avenue and beside The Rockefeller!!Lovely and clean.Services in hotel suited us perfectly!Coffee/tea available all day in a lovely sitting area on a particular floor.
Disliked: Nothing—what it didn’t have eg swimming pool—I wasn’t looking for such facilities so aware of what hotel had & didn’t have when I booked it!

Quiet stay with an amazing...

Liked: The staff was awesome and super helpful, and it was nice to be in a smaller, quiet hotel. We loved that there was a coffee 24-7. Our room didn’t have a microwave, and they brought us one so we could heat up our dinner! It’s easy to get everywhere—the subway is just a few minutes away, and you can walk to MOMA in 10 minutes. ❤️
Disliked: The sound of neighboring doors opening and closing woke me up a few times during the night—I think there was a party happening next door, but that was just one night. The water pressure wasn’t great, which was the biggest drawback. Overall this is a great place to stay!
