Liked: Great location for Radio City Music Hall and Rockefeller Center.
Disliked: Shower has a flow restrictor in it, makes taking a shower longer, especially rinsing out hair.

Regal!!!

Liked: Staff (Eric, Jesse, Liz) interaction was top notch. Very friendly, informative and professional equaling and surpassing a 6-Diamond Hotel. 2nd floor coffee machine delivered on Great tasting Coffee.
Disliked: We should have been able to stay longer at this gem of a property. As the name suggest- The Jewel Hotel is a flawless diamond in the midst of New York.

Great location for great value!

Liked: The location was fantastic and the staff kind and very helpful! The room was decent size, plenty of water available and coffee. Very clean too

Room with a view and...

Liked: Check-in and check-out were a breeze with incredibly polite, informative, and helpful staff. The room was great, with an extremely comfortable bed and hot shower. We had an end-terrace room on the 11th floor, and our main view was of Radio City Music Hall's theater entrance in one direction and, in the other, a partial view of St. Patrick's Cathedral. It was so nice to enjoy the city from such a spectacular vantage point.
