Exceptional
Liked: We loved all the little touches, the recycled water bottles, the robes, the slippers, real houseplants, and quality bath products. The restaurant downstairs had amazing fish tacos and individual pies. Great staff, I will definitely stay here again, it's a hidden gem!

Best place to stay in...
Liked: This is an excellent hotel. The modern interior is spacious and stylish with perhaps the best bed I have slept on.
Disliked: Location is awful but will hopefully improve over time. The city needs to spend money on helping the homeless and not building more crappy empty casinos. There is are plenty of empty buildings surplus to requirements. Towels a little scratchy.

Pleasant
Liked: The bar and staff were nice. The room was and bed were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom door was mostly window and if the room door was opened you could see directly into the bathroom. The location did not make me feel safe. The property was surrounded for blocks by unhoused people clearly in need of assistance. This is not a safe hotel for a single person who will be on foot seeing the city. I did not feel safe leaving the Jesse after dark because of the amount of unhoused people in it’s proximity.
