Misrepresentation

Liked: I used to live nearby 15 years ago . I could not believe how bad the state of disrepair had materialised. The images linked must be 15 years old nothing like it's condition now . It's a dirty b&b room only at best. We had paid but did not stay.

We where just there overnight...

Liked: The room was spacious and bed was reasonably comfortable.
Disliked: Was a little on the cold side as the main radiator wasn't on so had to ask for a heater which was supplied quickly.

Liked: Staff friendly. Room spacious with lovely furniture. Plenty of parking.
Disliked: Towels were stained. Only 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 3 bath mats for two people. An upgrade to the bathroom and improvement to finishing touches e.g where there were pipe holes in the wall and paint chipped would really help.

Fantastic Service and Clean Rooms

Liked: What a great find! The room was clean and comfortable, and the free WiFi was excellent. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, and the free parking was very convenient. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Great value for the price.
