Liked: Room was clean but a bit small with no bedside cabinet on one side of the bed.breakfast was good
Disliked: very cold in the foyer,dining room and bar.

Superb stay

Liked: Room was functional, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was freshly cooked, the cheese and mushroom omelette was delicious. The staff were exceptional and they were quick to call me after check out to let me know they had found my earrings.
Disliked: The room (50) was a little cold but it soon warmed up once I switched the radiator on.

A definite for me.

Liked: The room and bed exceeded my expectations. Good quality and condition. Even the carpets were top quality. The breakfast was also better than expected with a big choice and at an acceptable price.

Liked: The location and parking were good. The bathroom was fairly recently refurbished by the look of things, as it was clean and tidy.The staff were all polite and helpful.The breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The room was in need of redecoration. The window latch was broken, as was the mirror panel on the wardrobe. There were various marks and stains on the walls, which really let the room down. The floor was extremely noisy as some of the floorboards were not fixed down causing them to creak loudly when moving about.

Liked: The staff were amazing, reception and bar. Nothing was too much trouble,. Everything worked perfectly for us. The chef at breakfast excelled.
Disliked: The basin soap dispenser was empty. The previous occupant's towels had been left in the bathroom. We threw them in the laundry sack.
