Always love staying here

Liked: The hotel is lovely . Stayed many times. Staff very friendly. Shower room lovely
Disliked: The room was described as small double but a bit too small. No room to move. Tv stuck out of walk by shower room and I hit myself on it twice. Room decor needs updating

This was my second choice...

Liked: Location, parking, value for the price, great breakfast.
Disliked: TV not smart TV, uncomfortable mattress (very soft, can feel the springs), bathroom door swung open, very weak/cheap on drinks.

Friendly staff and good value...

Liked: The room for a single room was a good size and clean, bathroom had everything you needed and the shower was hot and powerful, my bed however wasn't that comfortable but I guess a mattress is a very personal preference, they definitely need better pillows as they were thin and lumpy. WIFI good and free parking was a bonus. The breakfast selection was good lots to choose from but the hot buffet ingredients were of a poor quality. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall for what I paid, it was good value.

Excellent value for money

Liked: Staff very kind and helpful.Breakfast was great,lots of choice and lots of it!
Disliked: Only difficulty was the shower, took ages to work out how to use it without scalding,plus floor outside got wet and slippy.But this was only minor issue.

Leamington is a good night...

Liked: The location was good for the Town. The breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The heating system in the room was very loud. Impossible to sleep .

Lovely warm comfortable stay

Liked: Lovely big room and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Shower was small would have preferred to bath, fire alarm going off at 1am not sure why.

Disliked: Some of the staff were rude, the rooms were poor regarding their finishes, looked like patch work damp on the ceiling and window wouldn’t close correctly so was very cold
