Liked: One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms are super new! Bay view is STUNNING! I’m 100% positive that you can’t find a better view in SF. Really nice area with lots of restaurants. Felt so nice being in this hotel. Will definitely stay there again! Deserves 5* truly!

Liked: Aesthetically pleasing! Gorgeous decor, soaps smelled heavenly. Valet parking was convenient. Early checkin request was granted.
Disliked: One elevator was wonky but staff was great!

Liked: amazing place, brand new hotel, very clean and design style. Very practical to arrive by car, well situated in SFO.

Liked: View was lovely but on the 12th floor had a lot of roof tops diminish from the glimpse of the Bay - perhaps shades that close from the bottom up would help.
