An elegant and welcoming stay...

Liked: From the moment you step inside, the experience feels magical. I was warmly greeted by the doormen, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The check-in process was quick and seamless. The room was absolutely stunning—just like the pictures—and I was pleasantly surprised by the well-stocked minibar and in-room snacks. The restaurant and bar were incredibly high-end and classy, with strong, expertly crafted drinks and delicious food. It’s the perfect getaway for a fancy and romantic time with your partner. I will definitely be staying here again!
Disliked: While I understand that fancy restaurants and bars typically don’t have TVs, as a sports fan, I would have appreciated at least one screen at the bar. It was a Friday night with the Warriors playing and a fight on as well, and it would have been great to catch some of the action while enjoying the excellent atmosphere.

Liked: One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms are super new! Bay view is STUNNING! I’m 100% positive that you can’t find a better view in SF. Really nice area with lots of restaurants. Felt so nice being in this hotel. Will definitely stay there again! Deserves 5* truly!
