Liked: It’s located in a relatively safe area.
Disliked: The beds seemed were messy when I entered the room. Pillows on the ground. The tea and coffee station hadn’t been replaced either

Liked: Great quite position but walking distance to the main attractions. Amazing rooms and beds.
Disliked: Nothing qat all

Liked: The hotel was in a great location, clean and comfortable. However, because of the staff, I will never return to this hotel.
Disliked: The staff members were not coordinating well with each other. I was charged for an umbrella, with the claim that I had not returned it, which is completely false. Upon my arrival at the front door, I was instructed to return the umbrella. I even emailed them to explain that we returned it every day, but they have not responded to my emails.The staff was indifferent, and I didn’t feel welcomed, possibly because it was the end of the year.
