Liked: Excellent location. Comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Some visible wear and tear. Staff was at time slow to respond and act.

Liked: room was tiny for the price Location was good. Place needs serious renovations. Gym was small and uncomfortable; elevator floor lights didn't work! Very few amenities for guests. Stayed many times but prefer other places in neighborhood that are better
Disliked: Needs renovation it's sad looking and competition around corner better

Perfect stay reception staff all...

Liked: Location , clean and in the Downtown area which we liked. Location is perfect for visiting all the sites and subway only a 4 minute walk away
Disliked: Tea /coffee maker would have been very welcome but still filtered water provided and brought to the room if needed.

great location but way overpriced

Liked: Location was good but the male staff weren't super helpful and kinda had an attitude, all the women were lovely.
Disliked: the room was pretty outdated and besides the lobby the hotel was pretty unclean, the carpet in our room was kinda gross

Liked: A/C was out the first couple of days. Room was stuffy. High elevator traffic. Had to walk down nine floors a couple of times.
