Liked: The kitchen was slow for breakfast on Sunday and one of the orders was wrong but that was the only blemish. The food , breakfast and a couple light dinners was awesome. The staff always helpful.We appreciate this place.

Disliked: I did not like the malfunction of the curtains; I closed them to sleep better but the next morning I could not open them. Oter than that everything was good.

Liked: returning to this hotel 1 week later as we were flying from Denver airport back to London and after the first good stay decided to go for something familiarGiven a $30 credit for use in the hotel which we used against breakfast (which is super tasty) and also had the option for 2 tickets to some excursions but unfortunately did not have the time.Bed is big and pretty comfy.Staff always warm and pleasant Overall a nice space
Disliked: Booking.com said our room would be upgraded to mountain view however was the same king room we had the week before (No mountains to be seen)The shower caddy was falling off the wall in the bathroom so hard to get the soap out of the pump without holding the whole thing still. - there was also no hand loofa that was in the room we had previouslyNo tea bags in the tea station and no mugs for tea only small ones for coffee

Liked: The staff were kind, friendly and attentive. Jennifer at the front desk was especially helpful, going above & beyond to make sure we were happy with everything.
Disliked: Our room smelled like dog/cat urine.
