Clean, friendly and good value....

Liked: Basic but clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Spent 3 nights on business and would have had no problem staying longer. Not overloaded with facilities and WiFi a bit erratic, but rooms clean, decent bathroom, quiet, plenty of parking and a decent breakfast to boot. Very good value and well placed for south of Birmingham and Coventry city centre.
Disliked: Actually not a lot. Not easy to get a decent night under £100 these days, and this was a find. Perhaps upgrade the WiFi but that’s about it.

a comfortable nights rest

Liked: We have stayed here regularly when visiting family; the rooms are comfortable but vary in decor depending as to whether the room has been modernised or not; not the poshest of hotels but comfortable and good price
Disliked: nothing to not like.

A much nicer experience than...

Liked: My room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage available for my stuff. The bathroom was a good size and was clean. The location was good - it was a short taxi ride into town. Breakfast was fantastic - continental and full english which was cooked fresh to order and was absolutely delicious. Was adequate for my needs and I did enjoy my stay.
Disliked: When i arrived the room was very hot (it was a very warm sunny day) opening the window helped but I felt I couldn't leave it open due to being on the ground floor and there being a pathway close to my window. I wish the room had a fridge in it - there was space where one could've been placed inside a cupboard. Bathroom only had a shower and no bath. My biggest annoyance that despite choosing this hotel because it had free parking available when I arrived there was no available space in the car park an I had to park my car on a residential street across the other side of the busy main road - whilst I realise there is no guarantee of parking spaces being available it was a bit of a pain and meant I was constantly worried about whether my car would be safe parked in the residential area as it wasn't close to the hotel. I did find the room was quite cold at night and the duvet on the bed was not very thick. I would've appreciated a blanket in the room that I could've put on the bed but there wasn't one available.
