Awful Service

Disliked: POOR MANAGEMENT!!Air conditioner didn't work. It was more than 30 degrees out but inside of Room 8 was hotter. Asked to the girl from Room 5 if her AC was working, she said it's been broken for 2 days already and staff never did something about it.On the same day, we found one of the staff and told her that we will possibility pass out in this SAUNA room. The staff said there are no other room available so only thing we can do is to open the door and window and endure the heat whole day and night. We checked other rooms and most of their AC were working perfectly and we even felt freezing because they set the temperature so low. When it was checking out time, I told the staff how uncomfortable the room was and we weren't feeling good because of short time sleep and the heat. She said sorry and told us that last day was too hot and AC went down. But little do I know, Room 5 told me that her room has broken AC for 2 days already. So the staff was lying to me to amget away from this situation. At the end, the staff just gave us a key deposit back and nothing else.This is not how you should treat gests and we are extremely disappointed on your poor service. You ruined our and others trip!WE PAID EXTRA for PRIVATE ROOM.Yet, STAYED in a EXTREMELY HOT ROOM while EVERYONE ELSE is SLEEPING COMFORTABLY.NO MONEY BACK or DISCOUNT at the end.Please give our money back/discount or offer something else because this isn't fair at all.
