Great location with friendly staff.
Liked: Great location and friendly staff. We appreciated the free water bottles and the water dispenser in the lobby. They also had free bike rentals for use on a first come first serve basis. The complimentary continental breakfast was also appreciated.
Disliked: We didn't like that the lobby closed around 10pm as we couldn't access the water dispenser after that time until they reopened in the morning.

Very good
Liked: We really enjoyed having access to the beach cruisers to bike along the oceanfront path. Grab and go breakfast was great. The location was perfect with lots of beaches close by or just being able to walk on the beach directly from the property. Staff were all very friendly and helpful
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a little more space to unpack and organize. There was no closet or place to rest suitcase/bags

A clean room comfy enough...
Liked: The ocean view was wonderful. The front desk staff worked to change our room to make it a ground floor, more accessible, no stair stay.

An old beach motel... not...
Liked: A good location. Access to a walking/bike trail. Many nearby stores and restaurants.
Disliked: We left a day early and the property has refused to refund us for 1 night. First and second room had a musty smell. Inside of the AC vent there was some mold/mildew. Ended up paying $150 for an "upgraded" room. Still some mildew on lamp shades, rust on outlets and electrical panel. Shower water pressure wasn't very good. No vent in bathroom just a window to share with guests walking by outside. You also hear everything an upstairs guest does (walking, talking, doors closing, etc.) Outside of building is in rough shape. No elevator or easy way to get bags to 2nd or 3rd floor.
