Superb

Liked: Nice location, modern in style and good facilities. Great shower.
Disliked: Overall the hotel was on the cold side in particular our bathroom and the restaurant could do with better heating but didn't spoil our stay. Restaurant menu was a bit limited.

Wonderful property with beautiful views...

Liked: Beautiful property with excellent rooms. We ate dinner at the restaurant that has wonderful views of the lake. The food was delicious and the wait staff were wonderful and accommodating. The buffet breakfast spread was large and most items were very tasty.
Disliked: It is a bit of a haul to lug our bags to the room. We didn't have any issues but it may be difficult for the elderly.

Picturesque location but overpriced

Liked: A picturesque location and nice views of the loch in the restaurant/breakfast area. The spa was clean and refreshing.
Disliked: Friendly staff but not so attentive. The cost of drinks and food was pricey for the quality on offer. The heating system control in the rooms was poor, and when I enquired to turn it off/reduce temperature staff couldn’t help.
