Disliked: Elevator was out of order

Was not happy

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Elevator was broke . Room was dirty .mattress was uncomfortable . Sraff was not friendly. Phone in room did not work . Was told by staff that there was chairs and umbrella on beach for rent there was not any. Coffee pot was broke . Did not leave us towels or trash bags had to go get some.

Lots of stairs.

Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: Elevator was out our entire stay of which we were not warned. Not on the hotel website. Not in the pre welcome message. Not even when you get your keys. Just a bunch of paper signs posted with a visibly pushed back date.

We like the location and...

Liked: The hotel is nice, and I have stayed there before, but the elevator was not working, causing us to not be able to do as much as we normally would. It was on the website but I didn’t see it on booking.com

Very good

Liked: There are renovations going on, which is understandable, but buildings were not labeled. I had to return to the office to have a staff member walk me to my room. There were no directions on how to operate the TV. However, each time I asked for help. It was promptly given. I appreciate the complimentary breakfast and the ability to enjoy the beach and parking after checkout.

Came for the beach.

Disliked: Layout of bldgs is a little confusing with no explanation that they all are connected through a walkway. If I’d been told that it would’ve helped. Desk didn’t share that, I over heard a grounds person telling another guest.

Liked: The staff were very accommodating for me to be able to park my motorcycle in a safe area.

We in joyed our stay.

Liked: The facility was very clean. My only suggestion is a big rug in the bathroom next to the pool. I almost feel a couple of times because the floor was wet.
