Good but a little bit...

Liked: The staff is super nice. I bought the breakfast directly with booking and when arrived they said that booking charge you only for the adults and no kids so we had to pay extra for the kids breakfast.

Good location next to Pier.

Liked: Our first night we were in a room that could be an Adjoining room, you could hear everything next door through the adjoining doors. We could hear full conversations next door, a baby crying through the night, we could even hear them shutting the toilet seat. We did not get much sleep the first night. The main door to the hallway had big gaps and I didn't feel like I had privacy. I asked to move rooms and they were very understanding and took care of the problem immediately. They moved us to a room that was not an adjoining room and the rest of our stay was much better. We enjoyed the balcony and my daughter really liked the pirate events by the pool making balloon animals. The location is great next to the pier and restaurants.

Disappointed

Liked: On the second day of staying at the hotel, I came down with a sore throat and sinus problems. I asked them is will it possible to get a refund because we were going home to rest and they said that we could only get it through Booking.com civilization for some reason this time The water in the bathroom was terrible and smelt like bad eggs

Great time, Great staff, Terrible...

Liked: Great location, beautiful hotel grounds and buildings, beautiful views. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: The parking situation was the reason its not 10 out of 10. There were people parked in the lot near the beach that were not guests of the hotel, which resulted in us having to park way in the garage the whole time. We were not the only ones complaining about this either. I would be ok paying a parking fee with a vlosed in parking lot to ensure guests have a chance to park close to their room.

Outdated for the price

Liked: The location is nice and the pool is pretty cool with the swim up bar in a cave. However the room needs updating as the bathroom smelled like sewage, there was mold on our shower curtain, stains on one beds sheets and the other bed had a flat sheet tucked instead of a fitted sheet on the mattress, the fridge made a lot of noise throughout the night. For the price of the room I feel it should have been better.
