Liked: Amazing location, beautiful hotel, great staff, easy check-in. Honestly as good as any hotel you could stay in. Certainly better than any of the luxury brand hotels.

The best hotel in Wellington

Liked: I’ve stayed in some places but the little things matter. Turndown service, free minibar, free morning coffee and croissants, bathroom amenities, free snacks, cosy and homely, the list is endless. This place is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Hotels seemed to have lost the art of looking after their guests. This place captures it back and was a breath of fresh air. You feel welcome and valued. Will definitely book ahead to ensure a room.
