Fabulous Birthday 1 night stay...

Liked: The staff was wonderful . 😁❤️ Mrs. DOTTIE at the front desk was wonderful . She was a very pleasant person to talk to and made the check-in process easy and smooth . The atmosphere and smell when you walked into the hotel was fantastic. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. The room needed some minor attention but overall wonderful stay . I did not take any photos in the room , but in the lobby, I did .
Disliked: The only thing I would complain about is that the price was a little much . If the price was a little lower, I would have booked my entire weekend stay in this hotel . I know that it is a highly rated hotel, but the prices were a little high .

Liked: Breakfast had a good variety. Clean.
Disliked: The keys did not always work on the back entrance.

Disliked: Wifi was spotty. Would have appreciated a smart TV so I could have logged in to Netflix to watch the Tyson fight and other shows.

Liked: Everything…staff, rooms, yummy breakfast, and all the little extras!!

Liked: The room was standard hotel room. But the rooms were dirty with cobwebs (ceiling and the desk lamp going up) The breakfast was the best part. Nice breakfast and sitting area covered.
Disliked: The price for the room and not what we paid for. The staff did not care and dismissed us like we were required to take the rooms they had available.

Exceptional
