Attention to detail !

Liked: This place was exceptional !Actually had two nights here…. The facilities were world standard I understand this is one of six hotels/ spas in the Lakes owned by one family . Well they know how to deliver a customer focused , high quality service and they make you feel that you are important and valued The staff were clearly happy .. that lets us a lot about the culture here. I would recommend this place Food and restaurants were superbThe rooms were quiet , full of all facilities , comfortable and luxuryThankyou for such a wonderful stayZac and Zoe were wonderful staff . All the others worked hard to make our stay special

Beautiful location, building work still...

Liked: Breakfast excellent, hotel newly refurbished in areas, building dust still on skirtings, carpet, in certain areas. Our room was noisy, we think next to the boiler room, it kicked in at 5am. The sound was like an aircraft landing.
Disliked: Refurbishment looking good, but cleanliness needs to concentrate on cleaning up after work. The dining area has building dust in door fittings.
