Grateful for such a reasonable...

Liked: I didn’t partake in any breakfast, because my first appointment in the city was quite early. I was please with the accommodations for the dollars I spent and the locations proximity to my appointments was fantastic. Area was quite and I enjoyed a good nights sleep.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything that could have been improved.

Liked: The location, the kitchen for us to cook or make coffee.
Disliked: I had to wait too long to use the bathroom. One bathroom for 6 rooms or more is not enough. There was no breakfast, or I didn't see it. I saw the receptionist when I arrived at 1:50 am, because my flight was delayed 3 hours, and after I waited 4 minutes outside at -32 degrees. I had not checked my email to realize that there was a code for me to use to unlock the door. Luckily the lady opened the door for me before I froze; and she tole me the key to the room was inside of it and the door was unlocked. No Wi-Fi was offered to me nor given any password for it, so I don't know if it was good or not. No breakfast was offered to me, so I don't know if it was good or not. In fact I only spoke with the reception when I entered the place when I checked in, and when I came back from the lecture the same day in the afternoon; and also to ask how to check out. A guy only said to leave the key in the room. This is not an Inn, let alone a hotel, it is an Airbnb, it should not be promoted as a hotel. Sharing a bathroom should be capitalized in the publicity, I think. The bed was too hard and the pillows too thin and not soft. You can hear absolutely everything from the next room. The next room persons were extremely loud, so I could not sleep well.
