Okay if you know what...

Liked: The location, the kitchen for us to cook or make coffee.
Disliked: I had to wait too long to use the bathroom. One bathroom for 6 rooms or more is not enough. There was no breakfast, or I didn't see it. I saw the receptionist when I arrived at 1:50 am, because my flight was delayed 3 hours, and after I waited 4 minutes outside at -32 degrees. I had not checked my email to realize that there was a code for me to use to unlock the door. Luckily the lady opened the door for me before I froze; and she tole me the key to the room was inside of it and the door was unlocked. No Wi-Fi was offered to me nor given any password for it, so I don't know if it was good or not. No breakfast was offered to me, so I don't know if it was good or not. In fact I only spoke with the reception when I entered the place when I checked in, and when I came back from the lecture the same day in the afternoon; and also to ask how to check out. A guy only said to leave the key in the room. This is not an Inn, let alone a hotel, it is an Airbnb, it should not be promoted as a hotel. Sharing a bathroom should be capitalized in the publicity, I think. The bed was too hard and the pillows too thin and not soft. You can hear absolutely everything from the next room. The next room persons were extremely loud, so I could not sleep well.

Liked: It was clean and affordable
Disliked: Too much noise late at night, people smoking outside, and loud guests seems to be people that live there long periods of time, shared bathroom. Also its an old building pipes are noisy, and shows sings of decay.

Passable

Liked: Closeness to hospital for visit of family member and front staff (Janis) especially was very helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: Noise of tenants and traffic along with banking of exit doors.

Definitely worth a visit and...

Liked: The rooms were nice, the bed was comfortable, there is cable tv, close to university, amenities etc.
Disliked: It could be a bit cleaner.
