Liked: Location, good mattress, nice bathroom, clean room
Disliked: Pool was not heated. Breakfast was skimpy (grab and go)

Liked: The location was great and staff amazing.
Disliked: That the restaurant was not run by the hotel and that communication of when it would be open was hit and miss. Lacking in that department in off season. I did find the headboards quite dusty. Very dark walls so they show everything. The pool could be cleaned more frequently. So for the off season,price should be cheaper.

Liked: Didn’t utilize the breakfast foods. Just the drinks. staff was very helpful. Room was clean except for fridge.
Disliked: Found a leftover leftover still in the fridge. Wasn’t a big deal but apparently fridge wasn’t checked.

Bad

Disliked: Arrived after 7 hour cycle ride. They had no evidence of my reservation, claimed that YOU had cancelled it! They were not helpful or sympathetic.

It was a wonderful 4-night...

Liked: Proximity—walking distance to eateries, shoreline, shops, amusement park, rooftop garden.
Disliked: The art deco decor was lovely but the dark painted walls in the room and light fixtures interfered with having good lighting, especially for reading.
