It’s a great hotel and...

Liked: Spacious and quiet. The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for meeting up with our family.
Disliked: Sofa’s are outdated but comfortable enough for the amount of time we spend in the living room.

Liked: The central grassy common area.
Disliked: The property needs a serious upgrade.The pool and hot tub should be open to the sky.

Liked: It's further away from town. Quiet location
Disliked: One of the cleaning people was upset about something. He was cussing up a storm. I could hear it from another room. He shouldn't have made it so obvious. Very unprofessional.

Liked: Simple inexpensive accommodation.
Disliked: Difficulty adjusting the heating/cooling systems to account for large daily temperature changes. The leading system was turned off and the room approached 80F. Had to keep the AC going even though the outside temperature dropped to below 30.

Cheap option just outside Gunnison...

Liked: Excellent value, gloriously spacious parking. The pools were busy and fun. The free breakfast was awesome; waffles, cereals, eggs, proteins, coffee, juice, bagels and English muffins.
Disliked: Location is not walkable to anything, you have to drive 5 minutes. This was an issue because the boys took the truck to go fishing, leaving the wife and little ones stuck at the hotel for a half day with no option to walk around. AC unit in room is so loud its like tarmac simulator.
