Liked: Breakfast was fantastic. Like that there is a bar in the lobby along with a coffee shop. The shuttle service to the theater was great and drivers were fabulous helping my wife into the van with her Parkinsons
Disliked: Absolutely nothing

Liked: We reserved a room for 3 people with a king bed and pull-out. There was no pull-out so 3 of us (2 50+ adults and our 18 yo son) had to sleep in 1 bed.

A nice place but there...

Liked: The room was comfortable and the view I had in my room was very nice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming to me and my wife and the food we ordered through room service was pretty tasty.
Disliked: I did not like that the coffee on the room was only decaf. It forced me and my wife to go downstairs and pay our coffee via Starbucks.I also did not like that while there was WiFi, there was no real entertainment on my TV. Basic cable does not cut it in 2025 and my wife found ourselves watching things we ordinarily wouldn't be watching. The restaurant we ordered from, while it served good food, only served alcohol as drink options. My wife and I are not drinkers so telling us that we must order alcohol in order to have a drink with our meals was ridiculous to say the least. In hindsight, we probably could have gone downstairs and bought pops at Starbucks but that seemed to be redundant. There should have been soda to order at the restaurant. And the price of food was egregious. Two entrees and dessert was $75 without including tip. And I stayed there for two nights so do the math. There was also a 10:00 noise curfew that some teenage girls decided didn't apply to them and so we had to listen to them running up and down the halls for an hour or so. And finally, I never got back the $50 incidental fee I was required to give to get the room. When I asked at the end of my stay what it was for and when I would get that back, I was told in 3-5 business days and it was for if I had messed anything up in the room they would take it from there. My wife and I left that room as we found it and 3-4 weeks later I still have not received anything back.
