Included breakfast would have made this best hotel experience - ever. Didn't hear reservation person say no breakfast. I think having your specific TP number would be a plus. We were first timers visiting our grandson at his college and wanted a local person on the phone to answer specific questions about distances etc. Scott & Emmanuel - people who first greeted us and last to bid us adieu (arrivederci really ) were singularly sharp, professional, helpful people. Also, Kenyetta on the lobby desk was perfect; helpful and has a great manner about her too. Whatever/whoever you're doing to create and maintain your standards deserves ours and your company's appreciation. Thanks.

iPod in the room didn't work. Breakfast was expensive - $20 for a waffle & bacon, but staff was excellent - very helpful.
