Liked: Location was good
Disliked: We have stayed a number of times before and really were pleased. At our last visit we were given a room way down at the end and had to park in a lower lot and walk up some stars to get to our room. We could tell that the Inn was not full that evening and could not understand why we were booked there. It was very cold that evening and there was not an extra blanket in the room.

Disliked: Very loud people at a Christmas party that was being held at their banquet room. We were woken up at 1130pm by people arguing in front of our room until 2am. Very thin walls. The sliding cubby door to the bathroom had a gap in the wall that you could see into the other room sharing the bathroom wall. These people were also fighting off and on from midnight til 2am! All the front desk said, " Oh yeah, we had our hands full last night"Since we paid $226 dollars for one night we asked for a discount for the disturbance and inability to actually sleep. The lady up front said she speak with the manager, no discount. I guess regular guests aren't important when they make a bucket load on a company holiday party. We most likely won't stay here again. I highly doubt this was brought up to the manager and if it was , shows you how much they don't try to make things right for regular guests.
