Liked: location was within walking distance to both shops, restaurants and the pier/boardwalk. Within a few miles of the beach also.
Disliked: traffic on hwy. 101 kept me awake just first night but not second

Cozy and Convenient!

Liked: This is a charming hotel with really friendly staff. The view from the upstairs room to the ocean was fantastic. My husband and I chose it for our anniversary trip this year and it was an exceptionally great value for the price. The walk into downtown has a lighted and extremely visibly marked crosswalk and a protected sidewalk for great ease of access. Took less than five minutes, even crossing 101.
Disliked: I didn't have any trouble with the comfort of the bed, but my husband didn't sleep well on it. Beds are such an individual preference that it really was outside the hotel's means to fix. The linens were very clean!
