Exceptional

Liked: This was our second stay, so knew what to expect. We had a large lunch planned, so breakfast was adequate for what we needed.
Disliked: Quiet. The fireplace.

Surprisingly nice properly, just needs...

Liked: Room was huge and clean. Nice shower and soap.
Disliked: Breakfast was a big negative, Very little effort put into that. Only had dark roast coffee and it was weak.

Perfect place to stay

Liked: Location-daughter goes to college there. Pub and restaurant are nice to have onsite also.
