Very relaxing stay!

Liked: Very calm and tranquil and peaceful. Lovely breakfast in the Lake house and nice cheese with other nibbles in the early evening provided.
Disliked: Smoke smell in the room from previous fire in the fireplace.

Liked: We LOVED the room! The view, the windows, the warmth of the wood, and even the wooden chairs were comfortable! We fell in love with the shower. (So much so that we are considering remodeling one of our bathrooms to incorporate a similar shower.) I also like that you used local suppliers like the Steep branded soap, shampoo, & lotions, and youir own private label coffee. The breakfast room was beautifully set up, and the food was great. We also ate a couple of meals at the Middleton Place Restaurant next door. Their food was AMAZING, as was the views from inside the restaurant!
Disliked: The only thing I had trouble with was the lowness of the bed. I am a large man, 6'7", and for me the bed was much too close to the floor. Other than that, we were very happy with our room! We WILL be back!
